For retailers and studios
We sell to businesses that resell. If you are buying one wig for yourself, a retailer will serve you better than we can — we are set up for repeat orders, specifications and packaging, not for individual fittings.
How an order runs
1 · Sample
One piece at sample price, made to the same specification as a production run. Judge the knots in your hand before you commit money.
2 · Trial order
10 to 49 pieces. Enough to put in front of real customers and find out what sells in your market.
3 · Wholesale
50 to 199 pieces. Tiered pricing, consistent specification, scheduled production slots.
4 · Contract
200 pieces and up, or a recurring monthly block. Reserved capacity and your own colour ring held at the workshop.
Minimum order
Our MOQ is deliberately low but not zero: from 3 to 10 pieces depending on the product, and 1 kg for wefted bundles.
Suppliers advertising an MOQ of one are usually retailers wearing a factory’s clothes. We are not, and a genuine hand-tying line cannot be scheduled around single units. A paid sample gets you the same information without the pretence.
OEM & ODM
Most of our long-term customers sell our work under their own name. That is the arrangement we prefer.
Your specification
Cap construction, lace type, density, knot treatment, parting position, cap circumference and your own colour ring.
Your packaging
Branded boxes, hang tags, care cards, satin bags and barcodes. We can ship retail-ready so you never open a carton.
Your template
For toupees, send us a template taken from your client’s head. We cut the base to it rather than to a standard size.

These are production times, not shipping times. Add three to seven days for express air freight to the United States, Japan or the Gulf.
Payment and shipping
A 50% deposit confirms a production slot; the balance is due before despatch. From your second order we are open to discussing 30/70 terms.
We ship DHL, FedEx and UPS express, and by air freight for larger consignments. Export documentation is issued by WINA Trading & Service Supply Co., Ltd. — a registered Vietnamese company, which matters if your side runs supplier due diligence.
If you are sourcing in Vietnam, our two showrooms in Ho Chi Minh City hold the current range — 92 Bac Hai, Tan Binh and 206 Nguyen Trai, District 5. Seeing twenty pieces in your hands answers more questions than a hundred photographs.
Price list
Wholesale pricing is quoted in USD and depends on length, density, cap construction and volume. We do not publish it openly — partly because our competitors read it, mostly because a number without a specification attached is meaningless.
