We are the factory, not an agent standing in front of one. The workshop is in Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa, it has been tying hair by hand since 2013, and everything written on this page can be checked before you send money.
Most people searching for a hairpiece factory have already been burned once. They ordered from a supplier who called itself a manufacturer, received goods that came from somewhere else entirely, and had no one to hold responsible when the density was wrong. So the first section here is not about us.
How to tell a factory from a trading company
Five questions. Ask them of us, and ask them of everyone else you are talking to. A trading company will struggle with at least three.
1 · Ask about the base, not the hair
Everyone can recite a story about hair origin. Far fewer can talk about base construction, knot direction across the crown, or how density is graduated at a front hairline. The base is where the manufacturing actually happens.
2 · Ask what they cannot make
A factory knows its own limits and will tell you them without being pushed. An intermediary says yes to everything, because every yes is forwarded to a different workshop.
3 · Ask for the inside of the base
Anyone can photograph the outside of a finished piece. Turn it inside out and the seams, the mesh, the edge tape and the knots seen from below tell you who made it and how carefully.
4 · Be suspicious of an MOQ of one
A hand-tying line is scheduled in blocks of days. It cannot be rearranged around single units. A supplier who will sell you exactly one of anything is almost always holding someone else’s stock.
5 · Ask to see the floor, unannounced
Not a scheduled tour. A video call in the next ten minutes, during working hours, walking between the tables. A factory can do that on any ordinary Tuesday. Ask us.
What this floor makes
Most wig factories treat toppers and toupees as a sideline to full wigs. We built the workshop the other way round. Hairpieces — the small, difficult, individually fitted pieces — are the main line, and the wigs came afterwards.
That choice shows up in who works here. Fifty master artisans, most of them with more than a decade at the same bench, doing work that cannot be trained in a season. A full lace wig takes one person seven to ten working days and roughly thirty thousand individual knots.

Toupee sizes are cut to a template taken from your client’s own head, or to our standard sizes. Topper bases run 5×6, 6×7 and 7×8 inches. If you send a template we cut to it — thinning does not arrive in standard sizes.

We publish these rather than a floor area because square metres tell you nothing about whether the knots are tied well. Ask any supplier how many fully hand-tied pieces leave the building in a month — the answer is harder to inflate.
What we do not do
This section exists because of question two above. Our limits, stated plainly, so you can rule us out quickly if we are the wrong workshop for you.
- We hold no finished stock. Every order starts as bare lace on a block the day it is confirmed. Nothing ships from a shelf, so nothing ships tomorrow.
- We do not make synthetic hair. Human hair only. If you need a synthetic line, another factory will serve you better.
- We do not sell single pieces at wholesale price. A paid sample gets you the same information without the pretence.
- We are not the cheapest. Hand-ventilating is slower than wefting and costs more. If price per unit is the only variable that matters, a machine-weft supplier will beat us every time.
- We do not fit clients. We are set up for repeat business orders and specifications, not for individual fittings in a salon chair.

Come and stand in it
Phu Binh 1 Village, Cam Tan Commune, Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa. Roughly forty minutes from Cam Ranh International Airport. Buyers from the United States and Japan have made the trip; the address does not move.
Two showrooms in Ho Chi Minh City
92 Bac Hai in Tan Binh and 206 Nguyen Trai in District 5. Street-level shops with stock on the shelves — the kind of overhead an intermediary has no reason to carry.
Order one sample
One piece, sample price, made to the same specification as a production run. Turn it inside out and judge the seams yourself. It is the cheapest due diligence available.
