The wave is set, not permanent. It relaxes after three or four washes into a softer bend, which is what most customers actually want. Tell us if you need it to hold harder and we will change the process.
The frontal is HD lace by default on this model. If it is going to a customer who brushes hard, order Swiss instead — it is slightly more visible and considerably harder to destroy.
