The parting is hand-ventilated single-knot across the full closure, so it can be moved a centimetre either way without exposing a row of knots. Behind the closure the wefts are machine-sewn — nobody inspects the occipital bone, and the extra density is useful there.
Knots at the perimeter are bleached; the interior is left alone. Ask for a full bleach and we will do it, and tell you what it costs in lifespan.
