STANDARD

• Free for orders of 5,000,000₫ or more
• 250,000₫ for orders less than 5,000,000₫
• Arrives in 7–11 business days

• Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
• Orders can’t be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
• Orders can’t be delivered to addresses outside the country or region where they were placed, but you can shop for Nike products on a number of sites globally.
• Nike By You orders arrive in two to six weeks—standard delivery times do not apply.
• Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Does my order need to go through customs?
Since your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don’t worry—we’ll handle it for you. The delivery date provided at checkout accounts for clearance times.

Be aware that some banks may charge a small transaction fee for orders dispatched internationally.

What about duties and taxes?
We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.
